Boundaries has always been one of the first areas I tackle with my clients because it’s so common for us to get tangled up in feeling like everything is your responsibility.
Burnout makes boundary setting even harder, because your brain can only focus on immediate challenges, and you may not have noticed how much your boundaries have become an issue.

I really do have to do everything!” I understand, it certainly feels like you don’t have choices, but I’m here to show you how your brain is tricking you into taking on more than you need to, and stopping you from focusing your skills and power on what’s important.
The other fear that comes up is not wanting to be a bully, unlikeable, or not being seen to pull your weight. Absolutely! Becoming unreasonable is definitely not the goal!
