I started this weekly Self-Compassion practice group in the first lockdown, and have never looked back!
It's a wonderful opportunity to connect weekly and immerse yourself in the practice of taking care of yourself.
We meet 1-2pm on Fridays (BST until end of October, then GMT)
Each week we explore a different self-compassion meditation with a focus on whatever the needs are of the group - so you will always have a meditation that speaks directly to you, whatever you're struggling with.
At the start of the session we set our intentions, and we leave some time at the end to share insights or ask questions.
Through these sessions you will deepen your connection to yourself, gain new insights and build your self-compassion skills.
You can stay part of this group as long as you wish.
